Sound Support

 

Please try the following checklist to verify your sound is working correctly on your device:

 

1. Check the side switch is turned off (this can control mute or rotation lock depending on your settings)

2. Check that mute is not enabled in control center by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and verifiying that the icon of a bell with a cross through it is not enabled

3. While the app is running, try turning the volume up with the volume buttons (this can sometimes catch people out as there are different volume settings for alerts and general apps)

4. Inside the app, go to the options menu and double check that the two volume sliders are turned up

 

 

If going through the above list does not produce sound in the app, please try the following:

 

1. Double tap home button to show a list of running apps

2. Swipe up on each app to stop it from running

3. Hold down the home button and power buttons together until the screen turns black (about 5-8 seconds)

4. Wait about 10 seconds then hold the power button to start the device

5. Try running Old Macdonald again

 

If all of the above does not work, please contact us and include the following information so that we can try and replicate the issue:
